These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via the Klyne Studios website. By purchasing, the consumer agrees to these terms. These terms comply with applicable consumer laws in the EU and internationally.
All offers are non-binding. Orders placed by consumers via the website are confirmed electronically. Klyne Studios reserves the right to refuse orders or impose conditions without stating reasons.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). No shipments are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different estimated delivery times, we may ship the order together or in partial deliveries depending on logistics.
Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel and contacting the local courier in case of failed delivery attempts. Klyne Studios is not liable for unclaimed parcels returned due to customer inaction.
Consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If cancellation is requested before shipment and within this timeframe, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but the consumer may still exercise the right of withdrawal after receiving the order.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract and return items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)
Accompanied by a completed return form and reason for return
To initiate a return:
Email info@klynestudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return form and instructions.
Pack the item(s) securely and clearly mark the parcel as "Returns."
Ship the return within 30 days using a tracked and insured service to our designated return warehouse.
If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), the consumer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The exact fee depends on the courier chosen.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), Klyne Studios will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns sent to other addresses (including our business office or sender address) cannot be processed.
Products excluded from return include:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Unsealed hygiene products (e.g. lingerie, cosmetics)
Promotional, discounted, or final-sale items unless proven defective or incorrect
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If a shipment is returned to sender due to unpaid duties, these costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
We guarantee that products match their descriptions. Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. This warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Improper use
Damage caused by the consumer
Prices are listed in the selected currency and include or exclude tax as indicated. Klyne Studios reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders confirmed before pricing changes remain valid unless the increase exceeds 5%, in which case the consumer may cancel.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items. Customers will be notified once the return is processed.
We encourage all customers to contact us directly at info@klynestudios.com to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or PayPal claim. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may be contested with supporting evidence.
Klyne Studios is liable only for direct damages up to the order amount. No liability is accepted for indirect losses, delays, or consequential damages.
