At Klyne Studios, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve kept our return process clear and straightforward.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still return the item once received (see Section 2).
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if:
Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
You contact us first and receive a return form
A valid reason for return is provided
Returns without prior approval or that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
If the return is due to customer choice (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), return shipping is at your expense.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

We’ll send you a return form and instructions.
Repack the item(s) securely and mark the parcel clearly as “Return.”
Ship using a tracked and insured method.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send returns to our office or sender’s address. Only returns sent to our designated facility can be processed:

This address will also be confirmed by email once your return request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance.
We cannot accept returns for:
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Products missing original tags or packaging
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. lingerie, cosmetics) once opened
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, email us at info@klynestudios.com with your order number and a photo.
We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or refund.
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your parcel for processing. Bank timelines may vary.
If you encounter any issue, please contact us first at info@klynestudios.com. Most concerns are resolved quickly without needing a dispute.
False claims or unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with evidence.
Repeated misuse of dispute channels may prevent future purchases.
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees for returned items are the customer’s responsibility. If these remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, related costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items must arrive in original condition and properly packaged.
Klyne Studios is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit — please use a tracked and insured service.
As part of our sustainability efforts, eligible returns are donated through the ReWear Project rather than destroyed.
