Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide. Our goal is to make your delivery experience smooth, reliable, and transparent — no surprises.

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of location. There are no hidden handling or packaging fees.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: usually 7–10 business days from dispatch
  • Other regions: may take slightly longer depending on local carriers

Please note that delivery time starts after your order has been processed.

4. Pre-orders
If an item is marked as pre-order, extended delivery times of up to 20 business days may apply. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait the extended timeframe. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as stock is reserved specifically for you.

5. Split Shipments
If your order includes items with different delivery schedules, we may ship them together or in separate parcels depending on logistics. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 3 days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, contact us at info@klynestudios.com.

If your tracking link shows that your parcel has been held or that a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, please contact your local delivery courier directly with the tracking number.

7. Delivery Attempts and Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, it may be returned to sender.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping or return costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Unclaimed or refused parcels are not eligible for full refunds

8. Customs and Import Duties
We aim to minimize customs fees where possible. However, some countries may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to sender, any fees or return costs will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

9. Shipping Days
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels
While delays are rare, they can occur due to customs, local postal services, or unforeseen events. We are happy to help investigate any delays. If your parcel appears lost, contact us within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
