1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
3. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our international fulfillment partners to ensure efficient delivery worldwide.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 3 days after dispatch for tracking to become active.
5. What happens if I miss a delivery?
If delivery is missed, your parcel may be held at a local post office or returned to the sender. Please contact your local courier with your tracking number for further instructions.
6. Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
In some countries, customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by unpaid import fees.
7. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us first to request a return form.
8. Where do returns go?
Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in China. The full return address will be provided via email after your return is approved. Do not return items to our office or sender address.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at info@klynestudios.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback — we’re happy to help and can usually resolve it quickly.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
12. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or adjust it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is in process or shipped, we cannot make changes.
13. Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, as the stock is reserved specifically for you. Pre-orders have extended delivery times of up to 20 business days.

15. Do you ship on weekends?
No. We ship Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
