How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used.

In total, most orders arrive within approximately 6–10 business days from the time you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or customs checks (if applicable).

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs (and any free shipping offers, if available) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may run free shipping promotions or offer free shipping above a certain order value. Any active promotion will be displayed on the Site and/or at checkout.

Where is Klyne Studios based?

Klyne Studios is an online fashion store offering women’s and men’s clothing and accessories.

We operate online-only. This helps us keep our collections current and our pricing competitive.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and photos (if applicable). If we confirm the issue, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee cancellation. In that case, you may still be able to return eligible items in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • returned with original tags, labels, and packaging
  • returned with any included accessories

Return shipping is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns (for example, sizing, color, or style). If the item is damaged/defective/incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

No. Klyne Studios is online-only.
