At Klyne Studios, we want your order to arrive safely and within a reasonable timeframe, with clear expectations around delivery timing and costs. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery typically takes, and what to expect after placing an order.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United States of America. 

Orders for customers in the USA are processed through our international dispatch network and may then be handed to our USA fulfilment / delivery partner for the final stage of delivery.

US fulfilment partner location: 184-10 Jamaica Ave, Queens , NY 11423

We do not currently offer delivery to countries outside the United States of America.

Handling & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Typical timelines are:

Order cut off time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are usually processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order handling time

1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

Transit time

Usually around 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery address and the carrier used.

Estimated delivery time

In total, most orders arrive within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the time you place your order.

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak shopping periods, customs checks (if applicable), weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. Please check our Shipping Policy or the checkout page for the most up to date information.

Carriers

We work with trusted shipping and courier partners. The carrier used may vary by destination and is selected based on delivery speed and reliability for your location.
We currently work with:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx International Priority / Economy
  • UPS Worldwide

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. When tracking is available, this email will include a tracking number.

You can follow your parcel using:

  • the carrier’s tracking page, and/or
  • the order tracking section on our website (if available)

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue (for example, delays, a missing parcel, or a damaged package):

  • Check your tracking information first (if available).
  • If the issue isn’t resolved, contact our customer service team with your order number and relevant details.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we may deduct any return shipping and/or re-delivery costs from your refund, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched, but we will do our best to assist.
