Refund policy

We want shopping at Klyne Studios to feel easy and worry-free. If an item isn’t quite right, you can use the options below to return it and request a refund or exchange. Please read more about our Return and Refund policy below. 

30 Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in resaleable condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Any included accessories (belts, straps, spare buttons, etc.) must be returned as well
  • If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, contact our team and we’ll help.

Return Shipping Fees

If we made a mistake (damaged/defective/incorrect item)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received a different item than you ordered:

  • We will pay for the return shipping
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and what you prefer

If you changed your mind (fit/style/color)

If you’re returning because you changed your mind or the item doesn’t fit:

  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • Any original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email us

Include your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach photos so we can resolve it faster.

Step 2: Pack the item securely

Place the item back in its original packaging where possible, and make sure all tags and accessories are included.

Step 3: Follow the return instructions

After your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization email with the next steps.
If return shipping is covered, we’ll provide a label or instructions for pickup/drop-off.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we’ll check it against the conditions above.

If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method. Banks and payment providers process refunds at different speeds. Refunds are made within 7 days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Want to swap for another item?
Email us first and we’ll confirm availability and tell you the quickest way to arrange an exchange.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some products can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (for example, certain underwear, swimwear, and selected accessories where applicable). Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page.
